Patricia Phillips, 83, of Hilo died May 28 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, she was retired from Phillips U-Drive, worked at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and was a member of the Rosary Club, Portuguese Culture Club and Alumni and Friends of St. Joseph School.
